Younique Beauty Boutique does not accept refunds, only exchanges. All sales are final.
What is your exchange policy?
If your item is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange only three days after you receive your package. We ensure you that we pack your purchase with love and care, but unfortunately things happen during the shipping process.

What if I haven’t received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after we have shipped the item from Younique facilities. Tracking is available and send to email given at checkout. If your item is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a lost/stolen claim with the shipping carrier. (USPS,FEDEX,UPS) We will provide you with the address, shipping carrier information, tracking number and date of delivery to assist you. We are not responsible for compensation for lost/stolen packages. You shall receive compensation for lost/stolen packages through the shipping carrier.
